I know it feels better to rant and rave about all negative.
But...our defense was damn good last night. I will not say excellent cause they did seem to overrun several plays and miss a few tackles.
But Florida rushed for 2.93 ypc....77 plays and 37 minutes of possession for florida resulted in 337 yards....4.37 per play....and 14 points.
in a game when the D could have gotten frustrated or worn out. They did not. They played damn good football. They have gone half the season and have yet to surrender more than 21 points in a game. That's with 3 seniors...and lots and lots of kids. This defense has a chance to be really, really good...if we can just get a decent O line to help out the next few years.
