Rate Cuonzo as you currently EXPECT (NOT WANT) to see him in year 5 against your current image of Norm.
1 CCM being much better
2 CCM being slightly better
3 They are EQUAL
4 CCM not as good
5 CCM not nearly as good
Lastly for Cuonzo only!
Will you EXPECT him to take us to at least one Final Four by the end of year 5?
Will you EXPECT him to take us at least one National Championship game by the end of year 5?
Will he move on to some other school if he meets your expectations?
BTW, it is okay with me if you have no expectations of FF or NC game. I don't have those kind of expectations myself.
