How has injury impacted Steward's spped?

Has anyone seen him run? Tony Vanzant had great speed until he had the knee injuries. When he came back his speed was just not there anymore. If Steward does not get his speed back he will just be okay at best. Has anyone seen him run? Can he change direction? We are all hoping for the best. How bad is Bauer? Another guy with great promise. (Excuse the spped-cannot seem to correct it)
