I understand the fundraising element, but once the pool of funds are identified who actually decides how much to offer and who to offer? Is there a NIL administrator with just input from the coaches, or do the coaches just ask for an amount and someone says yes/no? Who actually presents the offer and explains why in missouri you can get funds earlier?
Gabe, I know it is a busy time now but I'd really be interested in who is involved in this and how it all works. It does seem like some schools, including Mizzou, have a leg up on how this process works.
