When does it become irrelevant what shape the program was in when Martin took over? I'm certainly in the crowd that doesn't see a good trajectory coming for the next couple years, but I also know he fully deserves to have his job based on the four years of results he's had so far. I still see a lot of people talking about what he inherited. So the question is, when do the KA years become irrelevant to Martin's regime?
