To have your Mom the governor need to intervene to prevent you from being denied a real estate appraiser certification? My guess is that if her mom wasn’t the governor her most likely profession would be semi-professional cum dumpster.

Requirements - so basically starts with education and passing a test. Higher levels require experience and passing a test. I don’t see anything that would be subjective in nature to have a legitimate argument around not receiving a license.
