How Would You Weight the Reasons for KA's Catastrophe?

Mine:

- Inherited a mess: 5% (only putting any weight on this b/c it made year 1 very difficult and put him in a hole right off the bat)
- Poor Coaching (Xs & Os): 25%
- Motivating and relating to today's athletes: 30% (I can't even keep track of who is on the team and who has bolted or been run off)
- Recruiting: 40%
