Let’s presume his name was Joe Blow. Joe Blow misses 3 months after surgery. Joe Blow go thru, at most, 4 full practices.
Would there be any expectation at all about him playing???

I’m as deflated as anyone but trying to take a step back and see the reality.
Sure MPJ didn’t have to say anything about playing but he’s a star and knows everyone wants him back. I’m sure he wants to come back. But truth is, 4 practices just probably isn’t enough.
