I quit my job about 3 months back

I was working 12-14 hours a day 6 days a week. Making really good coin. Unfortunately my second cousin passed away and my job did not want to give me time off. I decided for my well being and mental health to leave the job. My Boss tried to convince me to stay but I knew they didn't care about me at all. The labor shortage out there is about a lack of respect and a pay problem.
