Add two-three more stories to the building- above the offices or below...whichever. And move the alumni center to that location. Could have awesome pregame parties there- a terrace above the seating...would be a cool venue for events too overlooking field.
I like the current alumni center and had my wedding reception there 13 years ago, but overlooking faurot would be awesome.
Seems 2-3 stories with a length of 40-50 yards would be more than equivalent space....parking isn't an issue there either most days id guess
