If Mizzou isn’t given their 7 day notice of final determination of the appeal tomorrow, they will not hear a final resolution prior to the final game of the season next Friday.

I know it’s been beaten to death, but this long of a delay to rule on a simple appeal of penalties is inexcusable. It should take 30 days, tops. It is now literally the final hour for it either effecting the 2019 season or not.

What is Sterk supposed to do? Honor the bowl ban without knowing the outcome of an appeal? The AD and it’s budget, along with key decision making is being effected by this gross misconduct.

It is doubly punitive by the NCAA to allow this to linger into an additional year/season which appears to be the case. At what point can you and should you begin to lawyer up?
