I mean are we sure we can do better than Dooley? He wasn’t near the top of Odom’s list when hired. Overall it is a significantly worse job than when he took it over. Based on that fact Odom will be at best scraping the bottom of the barrel. I just don’t see how you can make a change unless you are certain about hiring a clear improvement
