Joe Jon Finley seems to be the guy Gabe and everyone else is saying would be the guy.

Is he ready for a move like this? He is young...but he could be great...I really don't know?
I have heard he has had great input on the Offense...and since he hasn't gone with Huepel to UCF, my gut feeling is he may be auditioning for the role though the Bowl game?
Can anyone offer more insight on him and his credentials?
Coould this be more of a situation where Odom names Finley as the Co-OC/TE Coach/Run game coordinator and also brings in a young passing guru as Co-OC/QB Coach/Pass game coordinator?
