His receivers had three balls off their hands in the end zone. One was a blatant drop, Albert O's miss would have been caught by 90% of the tight ends in the league, and the third was catchable- thrown a little behind.
In the first quarter, Lock was ON. His overturned touchdown was a perfect throw, and the ball thrown into pass interference was perfectly thrown and possibly a touchdown. The SC player did the right thing by strangling our receiver (not sure who it was).
The second interception should have been caught and was actually an amazing pass. It wasn't even an interception. No idea how that gets called, but it should have been a reception/first down.
Lock is not a Heisman candidate, and I can't believe he's a first round pick. But he's a good QB. His receiving corps is just plain bad. If it's not perfectly thrown, they aren't catching it. A perfect throw still doesn't mean they will catch the ball.
Gone are the days of Maclin, Denario, Coffman, and Rucker, all on one team. We have terrible receivers, and we might as well get used to it.
Lock had a TERRIBLE interception/pic 6. But who knows how many points our terrible receivers left on the field.
