Incident in section 107 causing it's closure during the game Saturday?

The wife and I got up to attempt to get something from the concessions, and noticed that an entire section of 107 was cordoned off with yellow tape. It wasn't there when we came in. Anyone know what happened? Was there a fight? Did someone vomit or bleed all over? It was really strange.
