ATLANTA – From eight to four with a trio pushing in, that is the status on Robert Billings’ recruiting status. On May 14, Billings announced his top eight listing Clemson, Florida State, Michigan, North Carolina, Ole Miss, Oregon, Kentucky, and Duke. A tighter focus is coming with official visits being planned for this summer.
“I am in contact with a couple of schools trying to set dates for June and July,” Billings said. “Michigan, Clemson, Florida State, and Ole Miss; those four schools.”
For now, North Carolina, Oregon, Kentucky and Duke are vying for that final paid for hosting gig, but three others are pushing for Billings to come visit – Florida, Missouri, and Penn State.
