When I posted my objections to political advertising yesterday, I received the drivel that normally monopolizes the off-topic forum. (I see the headlines on my board because I have it set for new posts) I also noted several responses that stated that I saw these ads due to my browsing history. WRONG! I use this computer to scan the board for football news. I don;t search for political news or post about politics. In fact, I seldom post anymore. I think I hear enough BS from both parties that I would vote for a third if one were available that had a chance of winning. Other uses for this machine are to pay bills, play free cell, google things of interest, and use word. I don't use the computer enough to worry about ad-blocker. The ad, I referred to was a film strip in the midst of several football stories.
