This is a subscription deal (which I thought I'd be able to cancel within the first month because Missouri would have hired an AD, but alas...) Thought this was interesting, especially considering Mizzou has an 11 person search committee (which doesn't even include the one person who is theoretically actually in charge of the hire) and one thing I was told during this process is "there are too many cooks in the kitchen"
