One lawyer this morning said that one reason given for not releasing the affidavit that was given by Justice was to protect those not charged with a crime. It is possible that Main Justice does not want to charge Trump. That does open up criminal investigation of losing candidates following elections going forward. That is a can of worms that has not been opened in history. They just want their stuff back.. if that is the case Trump certainly doesn’t want the whole list of claims used to get the warrant if he is not to be charged.
