I have a colleague who was sorority sisters and remains good friends with R. Floyd's mother. She indicated to me that Auburn came at Floyd hard in the waning weeks and days before signing day last cycle. Floyd held fast to Mizzou despite the intense pressure from Malzahn himself, and his mother was most impressed by our graduation rates and academic environment in addition to the overall great treatment of our players as student/athletes. FWIW, I just found it very interesting.
