Iowa St hoops student tickets

Can the students sell their tickets from their season ticket combo package (football/hoops) on the secondary market?

Surely there are some "starving" kids who will be willing to part with theirs - I assume you dont have to be a student to sit in their section if they do sell ?

Anybody know how that all works?
