Castillo confesses certain players aren't taking care of off field issues

Albert O is the most talented player of offense and gets no targets.

Albert O makes at least one bone headed play every single week.

Is Albert O a team player? Is he doing the things he needs to do to instill confidence in his QB and teammates? I am no insider, but this seems to be an obvious possibility.

Every week someone says, "why don't we throw to AO more often?" i think the answer is right in front of us, but nobody wants to admit it. Throw in the receivers being completely inept, and that may be a giant part of the offensive conundrum.
