Whilst appealing the decision could not a suit be filed relative to the unequal enforcement of the regulations? The University will suffer damage as a result of this and I would think the behavior of the NCAA in choosing to enforce the letter of the law in one case and the color of the law in other far more egregious examples is not equitable application of the penalties. I would think there is a case here, but I’m no lawyer . Thoughts?
