If Lock stays or goes. If he stays that adds a dimension to our team, but only that. He has proven that he alone is not strong enough of a presence on this team to “will” them to victory.. He can do things with his arm that others can’t, but if Mizzou is going to win it’s going to have to be an ensemble that does it, not one player... And with a new OC coming in what better time to rebuild than now.
What we need to be concerned about is no matter who is QB next fall, week one is.....Is the team ready to play. If they are not, week one, ready to go ..then.. we have our answers, we know what to expect and should get ready for discombobulated play for 4 weeks followed by internal strife, recriminations, reaction and readjustment...
Rinse and repeat...
