Seriously, the rumors swirled that Butler's last coach was addicted to pain medication and grappling with depression. They appoint Chris Holtmann as the interim, and voila. Seriously. He's also one of the only Butler guys to not have been groomed as an ops director and promoted up the ranks.
Point being: Good coaches come from everywhere and aren't a name until they do something like this.
