Says they backed up three weeks because their information was that when students start to come back there will likely be positive tests. Backing up gives them a chance to get past that and still play at full strength.

Said any player who opts out has his scholarship honored, they will continue to get academic and medical support. "If they opt out then I understand that...They could act as a regular student and take their classes and get their support as normal, but wouldn't be participating in our practices and those types of things."
