I want an identity. I love programs with long term identity. Wisconsin is a classic case of long term identity driving consistent results. They are not Alabama nor Ohio State nor even really Michigan from a "blue blood bull shit" perspective. Yet they are consistent. And they win. We simply cannot do what everyone else does and try and recruit EXACTLY the way everyone else does and expect to be anything but average. 6-6 to 8-4 if we keep that up.
