By request, I again broke down this week's game film against K-Y as I would my own.
As always, my policy is that I won't call out players by name for their poor play because many family members read this site.
It still appears that no one from the coaching staff has read this site, or they continue to ignore my advice. It is STILL my opinion that we STILL have more work to do as we head into a tougher SEC schedule moving forward.
Look, I'm just as frustrated as the casual fan that knows little about football and only cheer if they see us in the end zone or see the opposition fumble. But unlike most, Im ready to do my part and help out instead of complaining about it on a message board.
If @mollerc can get me 30 minutes with the big guy (Pinkel), We can have all this cleaned up in about 30 minutes. I'll bring my boys in on a Sunday and give him a live demo of what needs to be done.
I'm willing to do this, despite my own team being in flux.
My team, The Cuncussors, needs some well wishes this week. Not prayers, but well wishes. I don't believe in divine intervention in football. Football is 80% coaching, 15% talent, and 15% heart. There's no room left in there for prayers from the Big, Big Guy.
Anyway, I lost my center for the year this past week because he had 3 errant snaps in critical situations.
I, as any good coach would, decided to have our QB go under center. My center's mom, a helicopter mom, didn't like the way I was "demonstrating" for our QB how to take a snap under center. She came to the sideline (a violation of my team rules) and told me to "stop that". Words were said and long story short, she took him home right there.
Sorry I got long winded this week, just frustrated with all that's going on with Mizzou and The Concussors. Private message me @mollerc
