Wins the SEC XC Women's Championship. Team finished in 4th. Great run by Karissa. Congrats to this Mizzou athlete. Would love to see her win the national individual championship again. What a class act she is and she reps The Zou very well.

I just noticed she won the race by 30 seconds........she must have been booking it!!
