Not posting these cause they matter because an NCAA projection two months before the season starts obviously means nothing, but more so because it's intriguing to me how different the expectations are inside the program and out. Cuonzo has gone on record saying he thinks this is a tournament team as long as they're healthy and has even said on the record he thinks they should be good enough to compete for the SEC title. Absolutely nobody outside the program has any expectations for them at all. I know there's always optimism inside a program before a season starts, but the gap between what those around the program think and what people outside think rarely seems to be this big. Will be interesting to see who ends up being closer to right.
