I work for a manufacturer that has recently started making smokers and to help sell the smokers we want to get our brand and name out into the smoking community. I believe we have a great product and one that even an inexperienced guy like myself can run. So we collectively decided to enter into some KCBS competitions. Admittedly I am a novice so I am looking for tips tricks from anyone and anywhere to get some sort of edge and know that barbecue and smoking is a passion of many here on the board and just thought where better to come than to some fellow Tigers fans for some assistance. Any and all advice is welcomed. Thanks to all those in advance for input and suggestions.
