The knock on Kelly Bryant seems to be his passing ability compared to Drew Lock...specifically his ability to throw downfield. Well. I'm not sure that is true. After watching the highlights of several of his late season 2017 games (vs South Carolina and Miami), I'm not sure that is fair knock. Of course, I've only seen the highlights. But KB did everything you could want out of a QB (accurate short and downfield passing, ability to throw accurately when rolling to the right, picking out the open receiver (notably in a congested end zone), slick ball handling, and ability to scramble (again, notably in the red zone). His leadership and history of beating South Carolina should be super valuable. With Mizzou having a bye the week prior to the HUGE Georgia game and the Dogs having Florida that week, I'm not ready to write off a 12-0 regular season. There are always pitfalls, but given good luck (few important injuries, good depth development, successful offensive line rebuild, secondary improvement, and no downpour games)...no game looks impossible. The three toughest games look to be at Kentucky, at Georgia, and Florida.
