I do not like to be negative; however, Kemp, based on his shooting numbers from this year, looks like a project (and maybe even a redshirt. Yes, the video looked fairly good, but it only tells a small portion of the story. He only made 4 3 pointers out of 23/24 attempts for 17%. His overall FG percentage was 40% and his FT percentage was 68%. His length is great, his ball handling looks to be okay for his size, but with shooting numbers like that he needs a lot of work and coaching to be successful in the SEC. It could happen, but don't count on it for the 2016-17 season. Potential? Yes. Polished player/scorer? At this point, NO.
