Dude is a beast when healthy & Vandy's a totally different team with him (which hasn't been the case a lot).
- Inexplicably he was in an even 3-man rotation for 1st few weeks. Including near win at ND (he wasn't in on their last 2-3 drives)
- Think he got hurt vs SC. They were only down 20-14 at halftime, but he didnt play in 2nd half & they did nothing.
- Fully committed to him as THE guy before Florida. Took 21-3 lead including 75 & 40 yd TDs by Vaughn. But he got knocked out in 2Q and they collapsed.
- He missed UK game with same injury. They did nothing on O, but still had a chance to win
- finally back healthy he went off vs Arky two weeks ago 172 yds & 3 TDs in 14 pt win. And then obviously today with an extra weeks rest.
One of the SECN guys (maybe Chris Doering) said he'd be the best player on the field today. They were right.
For people thinking we didnt play up to our potential today - that may be true to an extent, but Vandy's a MUCH better team with Vaughn healthy & used as THE feature back.
If he was healthy, there's a pretty good chance they beat UF & UK. And conversely, if he didn't play today I'd guess we would've win going away.
