I’m looking to buy a really good all around carving knife in particular, but new knives in general. Want a larger knife that cuts well and easy on beef in particular (brisket, skirt steaks, etc.)
Not looking for the most expensive necessarily, looking for really good.
Been using the same JA Henckels knives for about 20 years. Time to update the inventory.
