Ran into to Kobie's mother yesterday at a Golden Coral in Houston. I was wear a Mizzou hat and she had on a large Mizzou headband. She was very nice. We talked for a few minutes. She was so happy the her "little boy" would be back soon. Asked her how Kobie like Mizzou and her reply was that he "loves it." Told her that Kobie played very well and seemed to be a factor in the good OL especially during the second half of the season (when he got the most playing time). My wife gives me a rough time for wearing Mizzou gear, but sometimes it pays off in unexpected conversations. Bottom line: Kobie Whiteside loves Mizzou!
