Lack of Designed QB Runs

Outside of the TD, I can't recall one designed run for Maty. It worked so well last week, and our traditional running game was putrid. What gives?

Also, our interior o-line gets zero push on run plays, yet we refuse to run wide. Either we too stubborn, or our run game is even worse than it appears (and it appears awful).
