My wife is trying to convince me to get a place at Lake of th Ozarks. Coming from STL. Looking for "easy water" location for fishing, jet skiing, pontooning, etc. Nearby golf would be nice. Would like home (no condo). Open to new build on lot; tear down; fixer upper; or move in ready. Dock for swimming & fishing w/slips for Pontoon and 2 jet skis. $250-$350k.
