According to the The Athletic's Dane Brugler who has him as the 8th best RB prospect:

"A three-year starter, Rountree was the feature back in head coach Eliah Drinkwitz’s heavy-motion, up-tempo pro-style offense. He saw immediate reps as a true freshman after Damarea Crockett was injured and his role developed from there, leaving Columbia No. 2 on the school’s all-time rushing yards list (most by a running back), just behind quarterback Brad Smith.
An instinctive runner, Rountree stays controlled with his lower body and runs with dependable vision and tempo to chip away at the defense. Though he is a workhorse who takes a beating and keeps grinding, he doesn’t make a ton of plays after initial contact, lacking the balance or explosive gear to be a consistent tackle-breaker. Overall, Rountree might not have any special traits, but he is reliable and the strengths of his game (vision, footwork, toughness) translate well to any scheme, projecting as a quality role player if he proves to be reliable in third-down situations."

To me, this a weak RB class overall. Najee Harris and Travis Etienne are clear top 2 and then a major drop off. My guess is Larry will be a 4th or 5th round pick. Don't think he'll ever be a feature back in the NFL, but could have a very solid pro career.
