I just finished season 3 and wanted to share my thoughts. No specific order to these:
1) WOW I am grateful to live in a metropolitan area instead of a rural dump in kansas
2) I read a fair amount of criticism about how the show was over-produced and disagree. There is a degree of over-production to the show, but not significantly more than in years past. If you look past it and watch the story for what it is then I think it is a ubiquitous and captivating viewing experience
3) some individual's attitudes make them HARD to root for, even if I want to
4) I received a great primary public education. There are a lot of people in America whose education was horrendous. I don't know how a person can feel anything other than pity for that portion of America and a desire to help in some way
5) this was a great primer for MU football, which kicks off in 25 days! If you have some free time then check it out!
