Not sure if anyone is following or interested in the upcoming AAF this weekend in its inaugural debut. If you are curious, both will be playing for the Birmingham Iron. That is the team that has initial rights to Mizzou guys if they want them. We'll see what kind of product the league puts out but any opportunity to cheer on former Mizzou players I'm on board with. Games will be broadcast all season on the NFL Network, CBS, TNT, others...
PS - Both Aarion Penton, Eric Beisel, Tyler Howell, and Harold Brantley were originally slated to play for them as well, but didn't make the 53 man roster (either got cut or decided not to play)
Go Iron! But mostly.... Go MIZZOU
