Within the context of the on-going scourge that is the Baylor Athletic Department,
(And even Michigan State for that matter) could a Conference vote to ban a school from post season play, or regular season play, or withhold TV revenue checks from a member school if the Conference felt the circumstances were extenuating enough?
I think TV deals are made with Conferences not with individual schools. So could the other eight members of the Big 12 vote to ban Baylor in some capacity?
