Well ladies and gentleman, it's Saturday. Fall is in the air, the weather is perfect, and it's Homecoming in Columbia. The Florida Gators are coming to town and they are feeling very confident. They see a Missouri team that lost to Kentucky and is without their starting quarterback. They think they can waltz onto OUR field, on Homecoming no less, and walk away with a win.
Well I have news for them. At 6:30 tonight, Faurot Field is going to turn into a mad house. Over 70,000 Tiger fans wearing black and gold are going to be screaming at the top of their lungs. And I promise you this - these Tigers will be ready. The truth is, we DO have our starting quarterback. Our true freshman quarterback WILL move the ball against their defense. We WILL put up points. And they are about to find out what the best defense in the SEC looks like first hand. They will NOT walk away with a win. Not on our watch.
