He will be off to the next best thing if he has bigtime success. He's only been coaching a few years and seems like he's always on the move looking to notch up a tick. As soon as a better program comes calling he will be gone if he doesn't fail first. I personally don't think he has enough experience to go up against most sec coaching staffs. I mean BO had way more experience and contacts and he had a hard time getting top notch assistants. I don't see any way that Healy comes in and raises the recruiting like a splash hire could. BO was only good for around a 40 ranking and I don't Healy would be that good.


It's coming down to McElwain as looking like the best Sterk can do.
