I get the sales thing and retaining customers. I really do. But when I'm on the phone with you for 42 minutes and I have to take a piss, guess what's going to happen. I'm going to take a piss in the gas station toilet while I'm on the phone with you just so you know I'm not retaining your services just like I'm not retaining this piss.
