This is obvious, but I thought about this after seeing Zach Lovett was in the portal. He's a redshirt freshman.

How do you implement a system, build a culture, etc, when you have new people popping in and out each year?

It's insane to me that if you don't play much as a redshirt freshman in the SEC that you think you should transfer. Now, of course, he could have been told he wouldn't ever get to play, but I really doubt that.

Are these guys thinking this through? If you don't play here for the first two years, does he think he'll transfer back to a power-five Florida school? Most will have to transfer down, you'd think. However, with all the movement, perhaps people will just trade players, again, disrupting culture and making it hard to build anything.

Great job, NCAA for doing nothing and creating and adding fuel to an absolute dumpster fire.
