Friday evening there was a fire North of the Grindstone Walmart, off of Green Meadows.
Saturday there was a large one in Wooldridge where 3 houses were lost.
Last night there was one in the same wooded area North of that Walmart, I could see it outside my bedroom window. Right on the edge of my Neighborhood.
Hearing that there is one in that same woods currently, off of Stadium.
The forecasted rain cannot come soon enough. In all my years living in Columbia I never remember wild fires being an issue.
