The Grinnell College Poll at 34% approval for the leader of the free world during a crisis in Europe. Typically that benefits a president. It seems in spite of a fawning media, the country has set its opinion on Biden and finds him wanting. Unfortunately our adversaries see Biden as an impaired leader as well.
