When no one cares, or shows up for a game and its only September, it's time for a change. Odom may be a great guy, and a good D coordinator, but his teams are so overmatched it's hard to watch. Zero discipline, blown assignments, stupid penalties, and lack of talent doesn't fill seats for your schools largest revenue producing sport. Part ways with the bye week coming, and throw some major coin at a big name, proven coach like Miles or Kelly now. A hire like that not only puts people in the seats, but keeps you from waiting and losing next years recruiting class. Stop paying Pinkel a huge salary for doing nothing, and put that money towards a new coach.
