Look, we suck and completely deserved to lose, but this is something that bothers me with all the scrutiny on what defenders do.
Twice in the open field on plays Michel conceded the tackle, something no player should EVER do against our secondary, he twisted his body sideways and aimed a shoulder pad at an oncoming, smaller defender's helmet. Any defender would be tossed if they did this.
I'm actually for the changes to try to make football safer, even if it seems unfair at times, but it cannot be completely stacked against the defense while offensive players are allowed to try maim people.
